Can't connect to PowerBI to Dataverse

I’m currently trying to complete the PowerBI Module for The Power Up Program.  I am on stage ‘6. Connect to Students data’ but am having some issues connecting to the dataverse to retrieve data from School Library Solution.

When I connect, I put in my credentials and then get taken to a page within the navigator that look similar to the video. However, as soon as I try expand any of the subfolders to access the data as per the directions in the video (in the first instance we're supposed to search for the 'contacts' table), I get an error saying 'we couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided'. I have already ensured that I am logged in to my PowerUp microsoft account rather than my work one.

Can anyone help? If I can't connect to the source data then I can't complete the exercises in the module.

Thanks

Occasionally, you may need to enter your credentials more than once.
If that happens, try selecting Sign in as a different user and use your Power Up student account again.

Are you still experiencing the issue, or has it been resolved?

    Hi,

I ended up after well over 45 minutes...  Signing into my PowerUp account at the top of the screen.  Next once I chose "Get Data" from the menu and selected Dataverse, I chose "Sign In" added my credentials and it still didn't appear to be connected but there was no error.  So I clicked the "Connect" button a second time and it ended up allowing me to get into the tables.  So final word would be click "Connect" to sign in...add credentials to authenticate, then click "Connect" again!
    Hope this saves someone time.
