Sharepoint 401 unauthorised when trying to display images using linktoitem

Hi All

Last week I had a gallery that displayed images based on a linkToItem URL that was stored directly in a list column, it was working fine last week, all images loaded no problem.

Today no images will load at all and in the console I am getting a 401 unauthorized error - does anyone know what could cause this? has there been an update or is there a chance a setting has been changed?

Edit: I can still copy the link from the list and view the image fine in a browser, so the "link" still works, it seems to be an issue between the app and the sharepoint data

I can think of 2 cases:
You have multiple Microsoft accounts logged in to the current browser? The conflict of cookies can cause this issue.
It's possible that the link you generated to access the image comes with a temporary authentication token that has now expired. In this case, you will need to generate a new link and update to the column where you are storing the old URL

Did you found root cause? I have similar issue with images from SharePoint not being render in html files downloaded (When viewing online all works)
