Collect both Form questions and Answers into a SharePoint list, is this possible?
Once you have your SharePoint list set up to store the corresponding responses from your MS Form, the rest is quite easy. Create your workflow with the trigger When a new response is submitted. Follow it with Get response details and set the ID to the ID in the trigger. Then add a Create item in SharePoint action. For the questions, you will need to manually type those in based on the questions in the form, but the answers will come from the Get response details action. That's all you need to do.
Although, to me, it would make more sense to just populate the answers and don't bother populating the list with the questions. You can either name the fields for the answers with a shortened version of the question, or keep it like you have with A1, A2 as that will make it easy in the workflow and set the question as the description.
