Hi All,
I have a requirement to develop power pages using existing power app license. I discovered that there is a new enhanced feature in power pages, it will be great if someone can help me with answers for below questions:
1. Do I need to have a different developer license for power pages, or can I use power app per user license for development purpose?
2. Which license will contain the new enhanced feature for development (currently, I am using trail version, and it is about to expire)?
3. How can I move my trial version to developer version and which license is required?
Please help me as soon as possible.

Not fully sure what do you mean by Enhanced Feature. If you are talking about Enhance Data Model - this is still in Preview and not recommended for production. Enhance Data Model will allow you to transfer your Power Pages in solutions.
Regarding the developer version of Power Pages - it is only available in the Developer environment. You cannot get it on the usual Sandbox/Production type of environments. You would need to create a Developer environment for yourself and provision Power Pages there. Regarding licensing - you can use Power Apps Premium to build and use Power Pages.
Regarding moving your portal - yes you can move it from one environment to another but you need to provision it separately in target environment first.
