Videos won't load

I can't watch lesson videos. It is constantly telling me to sign in. Is anyone else having the same issue.

    Are you referring to Learn modules or Power Up or other?
     
    I would try clearing your cache, going in private or incognito mode and try again.
     
    and do it in a completely different browser so it doesn't have cached credentials.

    I have tried private browsing on both chrome and safari and still asking me to sign in.

    Hey @RR-26062356-0,
    I've encountered something similar to this when I was going through some of the learning paths. Try accessing through incognito mode, this might solve the problem if it is not resolved already. Happy Learning!

    I have the same issue and it is not resolved. Its causing me to get very behind (to clarify, this is the learning plan on the Power Up course, I am try to rewatch bits of videos to help with the challenge)

    For some reason Firefox specifically in incognito fixed my problem.

    private browsing in Firefox solved the issue for me too. I have been using Edge and it just started to happen today, but solved with Firefox. Try it!

    Hi everyone,

    The repeated sign-in prompts and videos not loading is a known issue with the Microsoft Power Up program for some users. It usually relates to session handling, browser cache, or conflicting Microsoft accounts.

       

    Steps that often help resolve it:


    1. Sign out completely from all Microsoft accounts in your browser, then sign back in with the account registered for Power Up.

    2. Use private/incognito mode or try a different browser (Edge or Chrome often work best).

    3. Clear cache and cookies before logging in again.

    4. Ensure that any browser extensions or ad blockers are temporarily disabled—they can interfere with authentication.

         

    Be rest assured that Power Up Program.
     

    Following the above steps usually resolves it for most cases.
