Documents from multiple SharePoint Sites

I have a Power Apps environment which utilises data from multiple SharePoint sites.

SiteA, SiteB and SiteC

Site A is the default SharePoint site for the environment.

I have set up the SharePoint sites records for B & C, and document locations in Dataverse so that files are stored within B & C, with Shared Documents being the root.

In the Model Driven App, the related documents section is correctly showing the Documents from Sites B & C to a User, depending on the Contact.

However, when I log into the Portal to view the documents as a contact, they aren't being displayed.

If I upload a document to the Portal, I can see that they are being uploaded to Site A in the location relevant to the Document Location Records and not available in the MDA.

Is it possible to have Portal documents be not uploaded to the default site and instead to the sites that are visible from the MDA using the full path supplied by the Document Locations?

    Step 1:
Select files or folders in a SharePoint library to move or copy.

    Step 2:
On the command bar along the top, select Move to or Copy to

f you don't see Move to or Copy to on your command bar, select the ellipsis icon

(More) and then select Move to or Copy to.

    Step 3:
Choose a destination in the current library, OneDrive, or another SharePoint site, then select Move here or Copy here. If a site isn't listed, at the bottom of the site list on the left, select More places. (SharePoint Server 2019 currently only supports the current library.)

    Step 4:
If you want to move or copy your files to a new folder, select the new folder icon

in the top right corner to add a new folder. Enter a name for the folder and select Create. You can then select the new folder and select Move here or Copy here.
