I am planning an upgrade of the CoE toolkit, which at the moment is running with Core Components only, and set up the Governance Components too.
The issue I'm finding is, the Inactivity Notifications, MS Teams and Orphaned Cloud flows are set to ON just after the deployment. This will make to start sending notifications to users which I would like to avoid. I know I can turn off the flows but I am concerned that first minute to trigger some notifications to user.
I've noticed that as soon as the solution is available and still in status "Currently importing your solution...", the flows are off.
However, as soon I get the message "Solution imported successfully", the flows are turned ON.
My questions are:
- Is this an expected behaviour?
- Is there any way to set the flows to OFF to default instead of ON?
