Do you know how to pass field value from one tab to another tab in multi-step form in power pages?

Hi, I am facing one problem that I want to design a online job application form and I want to pass the value from one tab to another tab in email field in mulistep form in powerpages.

It seems as though these are two separate fields? The first one seems to be a text email field, and the second one is a lookup?
You could perform some logic in power platform to use the email field to fill the lookup field if that is what you are trying to do?
Otherwise, what is it you are trying to do and why?
