I am trying to view my images in a PowerBI from my dataverse table and I can only retrieve thumbnail images. I have "Can store full images" checked, but is there a way I can get the full resolution?

No problem.  Yea sometimes the images are huge!

I wish there were parameters to get different sizes besides the default and full (there may be, but I don't know them).

You could use an embedded power app in power bi to display a list with the images the size you want, or maybe make a custom endpoint (like with power automate) to create and return a smaller version of the image.

Hey Mark, thank you for the help!

Sorry should have added more context. I am capturing my images from a Power App and storing them in a dataverse table. It's seems I can only view the images even from the dataverse table as a thumbnail as well.
In PowerBI I am using the URL column from my dataverse table and the base URL. I just added your suggestion:

And it works! But too big now haha. Still difficult to see the image:

Is there a step below Full? I've tried other options like Large and Medium but it did not work.

Out of curiosity, how are you displaying the Dataverse image thumbnails in Power BI?  Are you using a Power BI embedded Power App?

The key to getting a Dataverse image to display in full resolution is to add the parameter "&Full=true" to the image url.

The url template is like this:

    https://<Your_Dynamics_Url>.crm.dynamics.com/Image/download.aspx?Entity=<Your_Table_Logical_Name>&Attribute=<Your_Image_Column_Logical_Name>&Id=<Your_Record_GUID>&Full=true

Here's an blog post on how to do this in Canvas Apps:
