Event from excel spreadsheet

Hi all i have created a power automate flow that will pull a table from excel and create a outlook event for me. in testing this has worked. but i am concerned about duplicate events so am trying to create a condition to check if its already in my calendar but i carnt seem to get it working, mainly because when i add a condition it adds a each loop which i dont think is right. 
any suggestions on how to fix this would be much appreciated, im kinda out my comfort zone doing this. also if there anything else you think i should add to not break things?
