Hello dear community
I am looking for an idea or a flow that should help me to clean up unused teams in the tenant.
In the tenant there are some teams that are lying around due to tests or unused. I would like to clean these up automatically.
I have the following idea. The flow should check whether a team has been idle for more than 1 year. Then the owner should get an approval as to whether the team is still needed or not. The team should then be archived or kept.
Does anyone already have experience in this? Could someone help me? I do not find any information on the subject in other communities.
Thanks - Paul
Hi @Anonymous ,
Do you want to clean up the groups in the tenant?
I have made a test on my side and could find a way to achieve your requirement, firstly, Microsoft flow could only get the groups of a user, secondly there is no any function in Microsoft flow could get the owner of the group, so you couldn't send the approval to the owner of the group in Microsoft flow currently.
Best regards,
Alice
