I have created a Flow with my persona account.
The Flow work fine, I have a service account I need to use to ran this flow.
When I tried to add the Service account to the flow, and the service account is trying to authenticate, I got this error message:
"service_account@mylab.com
You cannot access this right now
Sign out and sign in with a different account
More details"
Then I Exported my flow, and log directly in the Browser with the service account.
When im configuring the Flow and need to add the connection, I try to log in and I got the same error message.

It seems your tenant has enabled AAD conditional access for this service account
You should refer to your global admin to see if any restriction has been enabled for this service account when you tried to access O365 recourses via Flow
