When you use the manual trigger you are basing the actions in the flow off the Get Files (Properties Only).  But when you switch to the File created trigger you should switch from using the Get Files (Properties Only), which returns an array of Files, to Get File Properties, which will return the properties of the file that triggered the flow.  Once you make that change you won't need the Apply to Each loop anymore.  The change in the trigger completely changes the context and content of the flow.  It needs to be redesigned to work with the automated trigger.

We need a bit more info to be able to help you.  Do you have a questions?  What trigger do you want to use?
