Edit Form fields overlapped

I have an EDIT form which I have been trying to realign the fields. All of a sudden, the fields went overlapping on each other. Undo, did not work. I tried using previous version, but last 3 to 4 versions are showing the overlapped fields. I don't want to restore any version beyond that because I have made lot of changes since then. Any help here is appreciated. Attaching the image.

This forum is related to the PowerPages product. Your question is about Power Apps. You may need to post in the right forum to get an instant response.

However, I would recommend you enable git versioning for PowerApps. Adding the official link below

Benefit: Once you enable git versioning. Each time when you save, it will create a version in the cloud. In case of overlapping, you can easily restore previous versions.
