Portal CLI upload fails

Anyone having issues with pac paportal upload since the latest PAC CLI update.

Microsoft PowerPlatform CLI
Version: 1.21.13+g348c5e9

I have cleared the local copy, downloaded again - then upload both from Local and via ADO pipeline. Same error. From around 14 March this has been happening.

After some digging and testing it looks like the paportal upload fail on the last record in the Content Snippet list. Deleted it and then it fails on the next.

1.21.13 version issue? Anyone experiencing the same?
