Our users were having an error code displayed with they tried to generate an email to reset their password, through the Portal, so I followed instructions and successfully added a user in the "From" field within the properties of the Send Password Reset to Contact process. I verified this user is mail enabled in Dynamics 365. Now, when I attempt to generate a password reset email from the portal, it does not give an error and instead says to "Check your inbox for email to reset password..." however the email never arrives. When I check the session history for the workflow, it doesn't show it ever kicked off. Any ideas??
