Hi users,

I am new to the power platform, I am trying to create the flow, can you please help me to create it.

Daily i have to update the data in excel and send mail to user based on Requester name in excel file through outlook. It takes time to send the mail. I am planning to automatically send to user once i added excel rows . Please share your views,

In Power Automate there is no connector like "when a new item is added to Excel".

Solution:
Since there's no direct "when a new item is added to Excel" trigger in Power Automate, start with another trigger
Store the Last Row Number so that when the process will run it can take value from the next row.
Read the Excel file, and within this, use a foreach loop. Implement a condition to check if the row number is greater than the previously recorded row number; if true, it will send an email; otherwise, it will perform no action.

Are you trying to create a flow where, when a new item is added to Excel, the bot takes the row and extracts the Email ID from the requester column to send an email with an HTML table?
