Business Central Data Source - can't connect to one of my tables

I am hoping someone can assist me in troubleshooting an issue I am having in connecting to one of my tables.  I have 2 instances of BC and have had no issues in getting my sources except from one table in one of the instances.

This table works fine in instance one - Items (v2.0) in the PowerApps Business Central Connector

Every time I try to connect to it in my other instance I get an error.  The relevant error details are:

"message": "The response is not in a JSON format.",
"innerError": "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

How do I Troubleshoot this or resolve this?

I used simple object designer and published a much more limited version with just No. and Description and in this one I still get the same error.

I have connected to many other tables in this same instance with no issue.

I have the same question (0)

    I suggest to retry.  After many emails back and forth with support, no action, and no changes made it miraculously allowed me to add yesterday.   Support just kept asking me questions and feeding them information, most of which was pointless and already included in the initial request.

    @Mariam_b1

    One less elegant solution is to create an odata feed.  I am not sure if you know how to get this from BC.  Here is the steps I followed to create the feed:

    Odata feed in Power App Portal - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    In BC you can get the URL to various oData feeds from "Web Services".  Don't depend on copying the link from there.  I normally have to open the link and then copy it from the browser for whatever reason.

    I had to wait some time, close the app editor, and re-open before it was shown as a dataverse table.

    Thank you for your response narayan225.  Indeed I have tried this to no avail.  Infact auth seems to be fine, I can add tables with no issue.  Only this table do I have an issue with.  I suspect something on the backend of BC is not working correctly.  I am however able to make a dataflow collect this data via oData, then use the dataflow in my powerapp.  It is not the ideal way, but a workaround for me at the moment.

    Thank you for the link to get further support I will try this.

    I am currently having the same issue, exactly as described and for the same table- Items. This is occurring in both Sandbox and Production.

    I have re-authenticate all my BC connectors but still the same issue.

    Help please.

    @jyoke

    You can try and reauthenticate your business central connector via the maker portal and try again.

    Go to make.powerapps.com and then go to connectors and try reauthenticating by clicking on switch.

    I don't have this issue hence cannot help more. I suggest trying contacting Microsoft Support via Power Platform Admin Center (https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support)

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers!
