Forms - SharePoint: file preview not working

I have a SharePoint document library (not list!) and want to manage new submissions to the library via a customized Form in which users attach the respective document and add information regarding additional required info by answering questions in the form. I have set it up in the following way:

  • Create a form in MS Forms with 5 questions and the option to attach a document
  • Created a flow in Power Automate (see screenshot below)

The flow works fine (the document and column data are uploaded to the document library) but for all uploaded files the file preview is not available. Does anyone have an idea on what the reason for this might be or how to set up the flow in a different way to avoid this issue?

Thanks a lot!

    Hi @v-bacao-msft,

Thanks for the reply. That is really helpful. I tried with the Document Library because I wasn't aware that the JSON formatting and tiles view can be done on lists as well, but all works like a charm.

    Thanks!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Please refer to the following link to get the attachment content and create the file in SharePoint library:
