Hello,

I make a workflow for file document approval with multiple approvers by pararell.

Now I can get results(status and comments) when all approver is approved.

Please suggest me for get status and comments if Approver1 or other person is approved ?

Approvers such as "Assign to" -> Approver1, Approver2, Approver3. ( is pararell)

hi @Anonymous sure to change the sender maccount@microsoft.com you need to create a new conection with the account you want to be the sender by adding.

Hi,
For this solution for get all comments can not use one trigger "Start and wait for an approval".
I should separate trigger "Start and wait for an approval" by approver. Are you correct ?

Sure @Anonymous but if your goal is to get the all the coments in your approval unfortunally you can't. Becouse your are using Everyone must approve so the flow is not going to continue if every person in the assigned session clic on approve or cancel.

For my example I use first in respond so then you can know in the parallels who was the person that approves with including the comments.

hi @Anonymous you can do something like this.

As you see the if one of the approvals sends the outcome Approve if is approve then you can get the coments.
