Unable to open PDF in email generated via Power Automate (originally based on MS Forms outcome)

Hi community,

I created a flow based on the string from this video (Save MS Forms response to PDF (quick & easy) (youtube.com)). The flow runs perfectly and I am able to open the converted PDF file in my Onedrive. Ideally I want to send the PDF to the email of the one filling in the Microsoft forms. This email is send and the PDF is generated, however when opening the file in edge it gives the following error: "We can't open this file. Something went wrong."

Via Adobe I receive the following error:

I have read some comments on base64tobinary but this also doesn't seem to work as flow is not running correctly. It could be that I am doing something wrong.

Hi @Sjoerdvdvaart ,
Do you want to create a pdf file and send it as an email attachment by submitting your answers to MS Form?
If so, I have simplified your flow.
You can create another simple flow to see if you can open the attachment in the email.
