Save file from a Outlook link to SharePoint every day

Hello,

A colleague share with me via Outlook the link to an Excel file which is originally in his OneDrive.

I want to save a copy of this file every day to a specific location in a SharePoint space. I know that it exists the a flow to get attachments from an email, but, in my case, the file in not an attachment but it is a LINK to a file. So, this option is not useful...

Thanks in advance.

    Thank @fchopo,

Again, unfortunately, I can't creat a file to SharePoint with PA desktop. The option is not enabled...

    Thanks anyway.

    Hi @DaniRoAzpi

Then you should use Power Automate Desktop. Here's an excellent tutorial: Send Documents To SharePoint with Power Automate Desktop & Creating SHARING LINKS with Ease! - YouTube

    Hope that helps!

    Hi @fchopo,

Unfortunately the "HTTP" step is a premium tool and it is not permitted by my company license.

    Thanks.

    Hi @DaniRoAzpi

You could do something like this:

    create-file.png

    1) Use HTTP action to "GET" file content, specifying URL.

    2) Create a file from result of previous action (Body).

    Hope that helps!
