what is the 'Found my answer' green button on Knowledge Base Article portal page?

Hi team,

Noticed this 'Found my answer' button on one of my KB Article, anyone know what is this? and why it only shows up on this particular article?

I don't know off the top of my head, but my guess would be that maybe creates a Case Deflection record. Case Deflection is what gets used when the user enters the initial search (to try and defect them from creating a new case for something there may be an answer for already)
