I keep getting a failed flow with this error message - this normally works without issue?
ActionTimedOut. The workflow action 'Accountable_Owner_Approval' timed out while waiting for webhook callback.
Settings for the step are below;
Just Remove the retrying policy and add time as (PT1M for a minute interval).
Solved this by removing the Retry policy completely
my flow is below - it's an approval flow for document control. It's triggered directly from a list for a specific item - I've no had this problem before, I've tested it over weekend and it seems to be if the approver doesn't approve right away it's timing out.
I already have a complicated loop under Retry because this type of flow was failing because the document was being locked by the approver when they opened it to review and the document was taking time to register the approver had closed it down.
Do I just need to change the settings in Approval part to be "live" for longer?
