Can we get the Custom Properties of a term using Power Automate flow

Inside our terms, we define a Custom Property named "Address", as follow:-

now we want to create MS flow which runs when adding or editing the list items >> so the Flow will get the related term (from a managed metadata field) and its custom property? so is this a supported action inside MS flows? So if i create a new list item and inside the Managed metadata field i select the customer to be equal to "C">> to get the Address which is equal to "12323..." in our case?
