This is the notification I receive when a new item is submitted by SP users other than me. I can post a new item and notifications are sent correctly. For others, this alert flow does not trigger. The "Comment" field is set to optional.

Error detailes: The API 'sharepointonline' returned an invalid response for workflow operation 'When_an_item_is_created' of type 'OpenApiConnection'. Error details: 'The API operation 'GetOnNewItems' is missing required property 'body/value/0/Comment'.'

Any idea?

I tried to change the permissions for the list, but it didn't help.

I am set up as the owner of this SP; my colleagues who are set up as SP users have been granted editing permission. They can submit new items, edit them, but the problem starts with notifications through PowerApps Flows (when an item is created) that do not trigger them. So far, this one only work for me.

Also, if they edit items, for example, when they change the status of an item, the flows that are to send notification of that change work perfectly for them.

Then it should be something about permissions (if it works in your case, but not on other users).

Please, remove the trigger and add it again, so it's refreshed (trigger expects comment value informed).
