We are planning develop a website using PowerApps Portal which may be accessed by more than 1000 anonymous users concurrently.
1. Can PowerApps portal manage this much traffic without any performance issue?
2. Is Autoscaling feature available for PowerApps portal when user access surges?
My understanding is that this is available by default and if your Portals is reaching a high-volume of traffic, Azure will auto-scale the web app.
Power Apps Portals is known for not being the most performatic website, but this is usually not an issue. You also need to consider performance on custom JavaScript and any custom code within D365/Dataverse, if you have lots of plugins/workflow, etc.
