Hi,
I'm working on a POC that aims to intergrate Power BI with Power Apps and Azure Synapse. Basically the goal is to use Synapse as source data for PBI and integrate a PA application to write back to Synapse, if an end user needs to fix some problems on the DB for ex.
In another post (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Power-Apps-canvas-app-with-Azure-Synapse-as-data-source-Not-able/td-p/573288) I found that "Today, Azure SQL Data Warehouse connector allows you to connect to Azure Synapse and run SQL queries, stored procedures to perform CRUD (create, retrieve, update and delete). But the catch is, it is available only in Power Automate and not available in Power Apps. So, if you need to create an app against Azure Synapse you will have to call flow from apps to perform CRUD actions.".
Does anyone know more details about this integration with Power Automate? Is it still feasible to use Power Apps, maybe using Power Automate as a "bridge" between PBI, Power Apps and Synapse?
Thanks,
A.
Please refer to the blog using power automate as bridge to write back in synapse in detail:

There is no connector to Synapse, so we can’t directly connect from PowerApps. But we came up with workaround to have Azure SQL in the middle to solve this requirement.
Please refer this blog for details.
