Approval Flow - how to check for approved/rejected?

Doing my first approver flow. I have a "Start and Wait for Approval" flow setup, and then I put a conditional Yes/No after it. The problem is, I don't know how to access the response of Approved or Rejected from the Dynamics Content. It doesn't appear to be available, I only see available dynamic data from the Approval entity and my custom entity--neither of which are help. Can someone steer me in the right direction to check for the response after the approval step in the Flow?

    @ScottShearer  What entity is this looking at? I'm looking at Approval, Approval Request, Approval Response and I don't see Outcome or any of the other fields listed.

    @saturation

    If the approval is set to "first to respond", the you should reference Outcome (which I see in your screen shot) in your condition and compare it to either Approve (not Approved) or Reject {not Rejected).

    This is about all I'm allowed to post.

    @saturation

    Please post a screen shot of your Flow and I'll try to assist.
