Email Attachment Error

Hi, I trying to create a flow that sends an email.   But when I select 'send an email V2' I get the following error.

 

Test connection failed. Details: REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox. This error can occur for sandbox (test) accounts or for accounts that are on a dedicated (on-premise) mail server...

 

Can anyone help?
