Help with setting up custom app solution for sale to public

I have a custom app that I know will be valuable to a specific industry, but need guidance on how to make it available to customers. My experience is limited to app development, so I'm looking for help in setting up Partner Center/Portals/Subscriptions/Licenses/and a bunch of other stuff that I don't even know to ask. Any guidance is appreciated!
