Updating Status from "Pending" to "Approved" or "Rejected"

Hi Microsoft Flows experts,

I have enable approval for my SharePoint list.

A new Approval Status column is automatically created when this feature is enabled.

I also have created an approval process flow that ties to the SharePoint list.
I had no issues creating the sequential approval process however, but I'm facing an issue below:

How would I go about changing the status of the Approval Status column in SharePoint to either "Approved" if the last approver has approved the request or "Rejected" if the request is rejected at any point in the approval process.

I am struggling on how I would nest a SharePoint "Update Item" within my current workflow. Would it be beneficial to create its own separate flow to update the status? I linked pictures of my current flow below that outlines the approval process. Also sorry if this is a very easy question I am relatively new to MF.

There is a specific action for updating the built-in approval column. You can't access that system column using the regular Update Item.
