skip this wizard, the next part will show you how to add the connector manually.
Please note, Power Apps for students doesn’t include an Exchange Online mailbox due to privacy reasons. As a result, features like sending emails, scheduling Teams meetings, and using the Office 365 Outlook connector won’t be available.
But you can use your personal gmail or outlook.com

    Hey,

If you're seeing an "invalid connection" message when using the Office 365 Outlook connector in Power Automate, here are a few things you can check to get it working:

    1. Check your connection

    • Go to https://make.powerautomate.com

    • In the left menu, click on Data > Connections

    • Look for the Office 365 Outlook connection

    • If it shows an error or warning, click it and try to re-authenticate

    2. Delete and recreate the connection

Sometimes the connection gets stuck. Try:

    • Deleting the existing Outlook connection

    • Then re-adding it from within the flow or from Data > Connections

    3. Make sure you're signed in with the right account

Using multiple Microsoft accounts in your browser can cause confusion. Try:

    • Logging out of all Microsoft accounts

    • Logging back in with the one that has access to your email

     4. Check if you have the required license

If your account doesn't have an Outlook/Exchange Online license, the Outlook connector won’t work.
You can confirm this by checking with your Microsoft 365 admin or viewing your license info under https://portal.office.com/account → Subscriptions.

    5. Admin or DLP restrictions (for work/school accounts)

If you're in an organization, your admin may have restricted access to certain connectors. You might need to:

    • Ask your IT admin if Power Automate and the Outlook connector are allowed

    • Check if your environment has DLP policies that block this connector

Let us know how it goes or if you can share a screenshot of the error — happy to help!
