Forgot Your Password 'Send' button not sending reset email

Hello Everyone,

I have been trying to set-up a power pages site for my organization and I have been getting caught on something. Using the default portal login page, I am having issues using the 'Forgot your password' function.

I have looked at other posts on this page and it seems like users who have issues are getting an actual error message on the page - for example from https://ragavanrajan.medium.com/power-pages-password-reset-error-part-1-582ac1dd606d :

But when I hit the 'Send' button nothing happens except the following message in the console:

Most common causes
The Process (Action) "Send Password Reset To Contact" needs to be updated as by default its trying to send the email from a user that can't send emails this link has details on what to do https://meganvwalker.com/forgotten-password-functionality-dynamics-365/
Exchange integration has not been enabled for your Dataverse https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/set-up-server-side-synchronization-of-email-appointments-contacts-and-tasks

Hi Fubar!

Thank you so much for the input. I reviewed those two possible fixes but everything appeared to be configured properly already.

I was however able to resolve my issue as we realized that in trying to implement a content security policy as mentioned here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/security/manage-content-security-policy - we broke the forgot password process.

seems a bit disjoined and unintuitive, but, hopefully this can help others with the same issue.
