Sending an email a day although an Excel file is modified multiples times the same day

Hello everyone,
After several weeks I have finally gotten my first Power Automate flow working, I am truly proud of my feat.
The problem arose when I have observed that every time the Excel sheet is modified, the flow send a new message, which I do not want. I want to send me only one message a day at 5:00 p.m., even if the Excel sheet has been modified several times before that time.

I'll give you a screenshot of the flow as an explanation, thank you very much.

    Hello, thanks for answering. If I change the modified trigger to the recurrence trigger, how do I verify that the Excel sheet has been modified? Because I want the message to be sent only if new rows have been added, otherwise it would not be sent.

    @fgmarmol

    Dont use a when file is modified trigger then. Use a Recurrence trigger (i.e. start flow at 5pm every day)
