Product Properties in Power Portal

Hi guys!

As per in CRM sales hub, there is products grid on quote entity and in that products - edit form there is a tab called product properties.

I successfully added the sub-grid of product in power portal but couldn't find any luck with product properties. Can anyone help me with adding these product properties?

I am adding some screenshots for reference. Also let me know if any doubts.

Thanks in advance.

    Product Properties in Power Portal
    Hello Saumya,

    The "Product Properties" you are referring to is a custom control within CRM that is designed to display related records from the "Property" entity (logical name dynamicproperty), which are associated with a specific Product. In order to display the Product Properties on the portal, you will need to first configure the necessary permissions for the Property entity. Once permissions are set, you can then add the subgrid to present the related records.

    However, it's important to note that the custom control used in CRM to display these Product Properties is not directly supported in the Power Portal. The control is specifically built for the CRM interface and cannot be replicated on the portal by default.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers 🎉

    @Saumya_Shah  it might be some proprietary control that is available on standard form, as it doesn't look like a native part of the form because of the column naming and save button.

    @OOlashyn Thanks for the reply,

    That is not an editable subgrid nor custom control because either way it would be visible on the backend.

    Also portal provides a way to add subgrids. So, is there anything else that comes to your mind?

    Hi @Saumya_Shah ,

    That screenshot looks like an editable subgrid or other custom control. Unfortunately, on Portal you cannot add an editable subgrid of custom control for datasets. You could use Web API and customize your subgrid but it requires custom development.
