Hi.
I have made a connector: "Office 365 Outlook" which is signed in with a service account. When the app is shared with others it should be logged with the service account automatically. But that is not the case. When the app launches it asks the user to log in. How can i fix this issue?
@WarrenBelz
Yes, I agree this is EXACTLY what I was alluding to 🙂
To add to @mdevaney 's response, you can trigger a flow from "When an Item is created" in SharePoint, so if you write your parameters to a list set up for this purpose, the Flow can be run from the Service Account when the user adds the record.
@dahlgebra
Yes, you can setup a flow to send an email from a service account. I'm not setup to show how that's done, but it is possible to trigger the Flow from PowerApps to do that.

Hi,
What if I make a flow using that connection, and triggers it within Power Apps? Will that work?
@dahlgebra
You cannot do this in Power Apps. A user must login as themselves. Having them login as the service account would cause security issues and likely break your licensing agreement. Every use must own a license to use Power Apps. You'll have to find another way.
