I experimented with using the emailing functionality on a specific record. I wanted to deactivate this, but I now see that it is not possible...
This is on a custom entity of mine. Does anyone know how to revert this easily??
Only way I can think of is to restore the environment to a previous image/backup/state in the admin center. As previously said, if it is not supported then it is probably not possible... Downsides to this is that other customization you have done will also be lost.
@sikandara156 - if you raise a SR with MS, they'll likely reject it as "unsupported", what's not been built can't be supported.
i have tried exporting the entity in a solution and updating the <isActivityParty> to 0 but it didn't worked.
if you find a way please post it here as well. we have a ticket raised with microsoft.
