Hello,
I would like to ask, if you can store your data in folder structure in Power Pages similar to Sharepoint. So far I have read only about storing tables, flows etc, but I haven´t seen anyone mentioning, if for your data you need to connect your Power pages page to Sharepoint or the data can be stored in Dataverse. I need to create Webpage for my team, with introduction, instructions etc, where documents are playing major role. I have three SP document libraries with cca 160 GB of data, is better solution to somehow link the document SP libraries to Power Pages or move the docs somehow to Dataverse and source is from there for Power pages.
Thank you,
Jakub
Hi @JakubN
It's a great question. Power Pages comes with SharePoint integration. If you got around 160GB of data, In future, if you think the storage size will increase. You may need to stick on with the SharePoint integration.
Official SharePoint integration:
Advantage: You can get folder hierarchy. Users experienced with SharePoint may find it helpful.
Method 2: Using Files attachment Dataverse. Official URL here
This is one of the recent addition to the power pages. It is helpful, but with limitations.
Method 3: Notes with Azure Blob storage.
Advantage: This option is good bit of config require
Limitations:
You can choose wisely depending on your project need.
Have fun.
Hope it helps.
