Out of memory issue after renewing Dataverse authentication key

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am encountering an issue with my Power Pages website after updating the Dataverse authentication key, following an email notification to renew it. When attempting to access the website, I receive the error message: "Aw, Snap, Something went wrong while displaying this webpage. Error code: out of memory." This issue is preventing me from accessing the site.

Steps Taken So Far:

  1. Verified the website URL and ensured the authentication key update was successful.
  2. Cleared the browser cache and reopened the portal, but the issue persists.
  3. Restarted the portal site via the Power Platform admin center.

Upon reaching out support request to Microsoft support team,  They told like,  Issue was not showing in the backend. They was informed that I would need to delete the portal and rebuild the site. However, I have uploaded over 200 images to the website, which would make recreating the site a significant task. The site is currently developed in a Developer environment.

Is there any alternate resolution to recover my website to its normal stage without rebuilding from scratch? Please let me know if there's any additional information or troubleshooting you'd need from my side.

Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

    Hi @joykumpati,

can you check if this could also be your issue?

Sometimes the auth key does not point to the correct certificate

The error here is coming from your browser not the actual site. Most likely u have alot of tabs open or the browser is consuming memory for some other reason. I'll suggest retrying in different browser or just kill the browser process and retry

    Hello @joykumpati,

Are you still facing this issue? I dont think you need to delete your site, that is not going to help.

As mentioned in another answer, it looks like an issue with your machine. Have you tried accessing your site from some other machine?
