Update SharePoint List item from Adaptaive card

Hi,

So I have a SharePoint List for users profiles, which contains a UserLastLogin (date time)column, this is populated from when the user last logged into a PowerApp.

I have created a flow, which starts off from a Recurrance which checks my List from the UserLastLogin column, I then want it to send a Team chat message to the email in the corresonding 'Manager Email' column.

The intention is to keep the data clean/up date.

I want the Team chat message to be adapative card, where the manager can respond directly. so I have a Status column in my list, so uding the Update item function want the manager to be able to update the satus directly from the card.
