Hi there,
I have several Parent Account (with multiple child accounts associated with them) contacts in Dynamics 365 that want to view their Child Account information broken out by building location in the customer Portal. I cannot get any child records to show up in the portal views. How can I get the child records to be accessible to the Parent Account contact.

Hi @PortalConfusion,
Please make sure that you configured entity/table permissions correctly to allow contacts to see contacts under child accounts. Also make sure that views that you are using doesn't contain additional filters. Can you share your current table permission setup?
