This is out-of-the-box Entity List behaviour. Use either the Web Page for Details View lookup or the Details or Edit Action Buttons (in the Grid Configuration area on the Options tab).

Either option lets you select an Entity Form to be used to display the details (either on a separate page or in a popup).
