I have a real challenge here.
We take enquiries (lead table) in our business and then convert them to an opportunity at which point our customers will access the record via the portal and complete the details we require. This works well.
I now need external users to have the ability to create enquiries via the portal. This is quite easy but...
I also require them to be able to qualify that enquiry and complete the opportunity form at the same time. I realise I will need an advanced form to do this but I cannot figure out how to configure this.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I have answered this a while ago couldn't find the thread.
I am assuming you are allowing your external users via Azure AD or Azure AD B2C. If so
1. Once the contact is created, set the table permissions for your tables.
if it is multiple tables and you need to display data in advanced form. Please check the below link
Note: All you are doing here is setting up an associated table reference.
