Solved: Add multiple attachments in PowerApps From with multiple attachment questions.

I have a form created with multiple attachment questions in PowerApps. How can I attach and save the files?

For example,

1) Company License (Yes/No)

1a) Attach image/file

2) F&B License (Yes/No)

2a) Attach image/file

3) Last 3 months report (Yes/No)

3a) Attach report

Meanwhile, I also created 'Image' column in Sharepoint list and attempt to save the images to each image from PowerApps to Sharepoint List's image columns. I noticed only 2 images was saved successfully. I have no idea what went wrong.

There is also limitation on the Image column on Sharepoint list, as it cannot store other files like PDF, excel or even multiple images into a single column.
