Access Denied when trying to embed webfile

I have uploaded a pdf as a webfile in my power page management.
I have related it to my page, as a Child file.

I try to write this code in content:

I get this message on my page:

I have no problem by adding the file as an attachment and my user being able to download the file.

Is your portal user using a Web Role that has a Table permission setup to read the Web File table?

Yes, I have tried to create a role for my web files, but I also get the error in on the "maker" page, that is, when I try to develop the component - and I should have access to everything as a developer. In addition, I think the accesses are okay, so I can get it to work when it's a hyperlink, just not when I want the file to appear on the page.
