Shared Flow only Triggers When Certain Connector is Connected

Hello!

I am trying to build a flow so that if a file is saved to a certain SharePoint folder, an email from whomever added said file to folder will automatically be generated and sent to someone. The flow runs with no issues when I use it (as my connectors are attached to it). I shared this flow with other users, but it does not trigger when the other users use it. I tried having the other users add themselves in as connectors, but it seems you would manually have to go into the flow each time, update the connectors being used, and then save the file for it to trigger. I was wondering if there was a way I could make this work without having to go into the flow and change it each time based on the user trying to trigger it.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I did have everyone try to save a copy of the flow-- but the problem that I run into is that each flow triggers when one person saves an item to that folder, so the person the email is supposed to go to gets 5 emails 😅 I tried turning on concurrency control but that didn't seem to do the trick.

I believe when you are using the Outlook actions—unless it's Shared Mailbox actions, you need to send a copy of the flow so it can use the users connection to Outlook.

    Hope this helps!
