enable delete or remove button on attachments / notes in form

Hello,

 

I have enable Add Attach File feature in Additional Settings tab. Create a child permission to make it visible on form.

I also enable all the actions:

But these actions not appear on the Edit form.

How can I make them appear on the form?

    I'm able to enable Edit and Delete button by following this docs https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/configure/configure-notes
