Power Platform Admin Consumption Report

Hi all,

I have tried to follow the instructions on here:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/admin/website-consumption-reports?tabs=PPS on how to get consumption reports about your Power Pages/Portal views.

However it's been a hit and a miss. Sometimes i'll see the 'downloads' report in the capacity, and sometimes i won't. I actually bookedmarked the consumption report page, so i could always have access. Unfortunately i have since lost my bookmark and i can't seem to get my Portal/Page views Report.

Does anyone know why i can't access it when following the link? Otherwise does anyone have url to the Downloads section? I know it went something like this; : https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/capacity/DOWNLOADS*(not exactly this though)
