Domain name validation for email field in Power Apps Portal

Hello Community experts!

I have a requirement where while adding a user to the portal I need to select the organization to which they belong. So If I choose the organization 'abc' then the email id for the user should be validated to have user1@abc.com Similarly if a user belongs to organization 'xyz' then his email id should contain user2@xyz.com Could anyone please help me on achieving this?

What is the experience?
User registers, D365/CDS User associates to an account and you need to put validation here
User registers and chooses an account, need to put validation on registration
If this, is it Azure AD or Azure B2C? Local register/login only?
User registers and system finds organization based on email domain automatically

Thank you for the reply. There is only local registration for the portal and user can register into the Portal only through invitations sent by the Portal Administrator. Admin will enter the email for the user using an entity form where he needs to select an organization first. Based on the selected organization, email should be validated for domain. If he chooses organization ABC, then email field should allow to enter email with abc.com and so on. Could you please suggest how this can be achieved?
